The
One-cent Sales Tax That Keeps Our Doors Open
Arbuckle Memorial Hospital relies upon the good judgment and generosity of
Murray County residents for its very existence.
In 1996, 2001 and 2006, Murray County overwhelmingly voted in favor of keeping Arbuckle
Memorial Hospital open with a one-cent sales tax. Because of these much needed
and greatly appreciated funds, Arbuckle Memorial Hospital is meeting the financial
needs of operating and improving our facility and services, as well as recruiting
high-quality physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
